Research and Planning: Target audience


The target audience for my music magazine are people:

Ages 21- 35. I have chosen to make the magazine for this age group because this is the main age people go out to clubs and like dance music.

Gender: The magazine will be targeted to reach both male and female as both genders are interested in dance music.

Occupation: The magazine will be aimed at young professionals as the magazine will be more sophisticated

Wealth: this magazine will be aimed at people who are in work and have a bit more money then most as paying for night clubs and other gigs is expensive and these are the people I will try to target.

Interests: The audience has to have an interest in dance music to buy the magazine they must also have a good interest in gigs going on throughout the country.

Outlook for future: the magazine will be aimed at people who want a good job in the future but want to go out and enjoy life at this time.
