This is the first draft of my college magazine. I have designed it so I could feature a large image and also some sub stories on the cover so it looks as realistic as possible.
- I have chosen to place my masthead here because its is at the top of the page and is meant to be the first thing you see when you look at the magazine front cover.
This is a conventional place to put the masthead as other magazines place it in the same place.
I have placed the image of the artist here because I wanted it to take up the most space on the page and it will be easier to move my subtitle and text boxes to fit around the image.
The sub-story boxes are positioned here because they fit around the image of the artist and take up the space that left after placing the image.
